- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR la solicitud de aclaración presentada por el Banco Agrario de Colombia S.A. respecto de la Sentencia T-053 de 2022, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Banco Agrario de Colombia S.A. y a las partes e interesados en el proceso que culminó con la Sentencia T-053 de 2022, con la advertencia de que contra esta decisión no procede ningún recurso.
